View Secretary Sullivan's BioLast week I visited a clean energy company in Boston with Governor Patrick who delivered a rousing speech about Massachusetts' leadership on clean energy and outlined an ambitious energy agenda. Speaking to an audience of more than 200 business leaders at Fast Cap Systems, the Governor talked about the state's clean energy accomplishments and why they're important. Check out the video of the Governor's speech below. You can also view the text from the Governor's speech online.

I know that the governor likes solar and wind farms, but I ask him if he'll want one behind his beautiful summer home in the Berkshires? I have one behind my home in Orange and I hate the dam thing- it's ugly, it's a waste of land, and there are externalities regarding it, which the state isn't counting in its goal of reducing carbon emissions- such as the loss of ecosystem values, the loss of carbon sequestration, the loss of oxygen production, the loss of wildlife habitat, and it's build right on top of the acquifer for the town of Athol. I hope you allow the posting of this message.
